Marc Uberstein
Co-founder · AI systems architect
Senior software engineer specialising in autonomous AI systems, agent orchestration, and full-stack product development. Marc designs the infrastructure behind meLink — from local LLM deployment to production-grade web platforms.
Before meLink, he spent years as lead developer shipping apps and games for major brands, and founded Guinea Pixel — ranked among South Africa’s top mobile publishers. He is equally at home in React, Python, Unity, and the hardware bench.

Phillip Kemp
Co-founder · Product & AI adoption
Development lead and builder with 14+ years across startups, corporate, finance, and creative industries. Phillip has spent the last two years going extremely deep on AI — experimenting, shipping, and iterating every day so meLink stays ahead of the curve.
He brings the product instinct and practical mental models that turn powerful models into tools people actually use — from interactive prompt systems to workflows that respect how teams work. He remembers life before the internet; that perspective is an advantage, not nostalgia.

Marc brings systems architecture, agent orchestration, and a long track record of building products end to end. Phillip brings product leadership, practical AI adoption, and the operator’s eye for what teams and customers actually need.
